Front desk interactions are more complicated and drawn out than they need to be. Garage doesn’t have an elevator. Rooms are comfortable. The location is a bit hard to find. You have to pass through some security gates that aren’t well lit or marked to enter the area where this building is located. We drove around for an hour taking wrong turns trying to figure out how to find the entry. It’s a dark gate with a cone in front of it and a security guard. They should add more signage to this area and make it brighter and easier to find at night.
My preferred hotel in Pachuca. Yuri a great manager. Restaurant staff are awesome. Fun and stadium can be seen just beside from this. Mandatory evening walks to feel the breeze and join pickle ball.
Camino Real Pachuca is an outstanding Hotel I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. I have travelled and stayed at many hotels around the World. I have been staying at the Hotel for 3 weeks and the staff have been outstanding! The staff are so friendly and hospitable and they are there to help with your every needs. All staff from the reception to cleaners to restaurant staff are very professional, friendly and engaging in conversation. I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying at Camino Real the next time i'm in Pachuca. Thank you!!!
Very, clean and quiet. Need to update TV's to smart TVs. Nice , comfortable huge bed. Good service people , they forget my baby's crib but the bed was huge so not too much of an issue. Bathtub was nice so I could bathe my baby. Very close to Galerias, 5 mins walking distance.
Our go-to hotel in Pachuca. Nice rooms, great service. Very friendly and much of staff speaks English, at least better than my Spanish!
The service at this hotel is excellent, every staff member is so so helpful and friendly. Nice location, close to the shopping mall, bars, museums and plenty more.
This is good hotel to stay at where you no are in a budget. However, it is a very reasonable price for the kind of experience you get a very good deal. The overall facilities experience is a bummer, still, you get what you pay.
Excellent attention. Staff prepared and professional. Restaurant services well performed. Would just be careful with personal belongings left on the bed, they went away with laundry but returned to its fullest.
